Our warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for a specified period, ensuring the quality and performance of your LED video wall. The warranty period is typically 2 years (or up to 5 years if extended) for LED modules and all associated components such as cooling fans, power supply, control systems, and software, starting from the delivery date.

During the warranty period, you'll have access to our dedicated phone support, assisting you in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during normal use and maintenance. In addition, if your LED video wall is covered by a service plan agreement we offer advanced shipment of replacement parts for a seamless experience.

Please note that our warranty is subject to certain conditions and restrictions. The LED video wall must be installed by an authorized integrator/dealer or by our experts to ensure proper installation and functionality. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from factors such as environmental conditions, improper installation, non-standard power sources, or natural disasters. In case of a validated warranty claim, our process includes an assessment, potential repair or replacement, and a straightforward return process for the defective component.
